Finished... used a bottom freezer so taps are at perfect height.. 2 draft taps and a third keg on the beer engine... balancing the temp for the real ales on beer engine is a pain but workable... logo and tap titles are printed magnets ran a competition on a freelance website to design the...
C'mon I could even read wheat versus amber!! So googled and found 65% wheat it's a coopers 1.5kg Un hopped extract... if your correct and it's 35% wheat then I'm looking at 8 %?
Plan to lager it for a bit ... do you think it clear ..by my calculations if the extract is 65% wheat it would be 15% wheat in the grain bill? Plan to serve it via my beer engine so expecting a very full bodied Ale with a head that will never die!!
So after a wee break from brewing as moved apartments.... I decided to brew a partial mash Scottish Ale 26 liters planned grain bill as below but brew night (Wed evening) was a nightmare.. drill failed so had to mill grains by hand then both my home made controllers failed so had to heath...
Thanks for all the tips... I've set one keg to force carb and one with priming sugar, will taste test both through my beer engine and on draft see if there is any off flavours... Seems there are lots of varying opinions on this!! Hopefully I won't die!!

My epiphany was when I poured away a commercial beer and opened a home-brew... No longer a beginner but it will take a couple of lifetimes to become an expert... This hobby, this obsession....if the learning ever stopped I would stop brewing!
