    Well the bad news , I dont have a hydrometer , I got one on order but the guy at the home brew shop was out and Im a Nub to all of this , Ive ruined 2 batches already because of poor yeast and temps , dont want to ruin a 3rd

    I would say the temp didnt get below 62 to 64 degrees

    Ok we had a family emergency and the temp on my brew dropped below 65 degrees and the air lock is at a dead stand still. If I put the brew in a warm water bath to bring it up to 70 degrees will fermentation start again?

    Ok I got some Muntons Active Brewing Yeast in the Fridge that I bought last week. The kit Im making is supposed to be similiar to a heineken dark. If I use the Muntons with the kit what will it do to the flavor of the beer Here is the info on the kit , all I could find Continental Dark Beer...

    Sanitation should not be a problem , both the yeasts in both kits were no good and I figured it out a little too late , so I attribute age of the kit and me being a nub to the other to going south
