    Pocono Homebrew Club??

I've been watching Brewing TV and it's got me even more inspired to create a cohesive network of brewing enthusiasts in my local area. Beer is meant to be shared and I think the process and ideas are best when shared as well. Way to go Brewing TV! Hope to get some response. Keep you posted...

    Pocono Homebrew Club??

Hey Homebrewers! I live in the Pocono Mountains and I find myself alone in a wilderness of Coors Light and Bud drinkers. AAAAAAHHHHHHHHGGGG!!!! I'm an AG brewer who would love nothing more than to get together with a bunch of other homebrew enthusiasts, to brew, talk shop and share some of the...

Falconer's Flight based late hopped IPA

I'm a big fan of the Slacker's Late Hopped IPA. Was thinking of using all Falconer's instead of the Citra/Chinook combo. Any thoughts?

    Smaller Son of Fermentation Chiller

I used Gorilla Glue to assemble all the parts and it worked perfectly. If you choose to use it get some clamps.

    Smaller Son of Fermentation Chiller

First of all, kudos for the design. It works like a charm. Might be a bit too efficient. Brewed the Slacker's Late Hopped IPA again and trying to get to 66 degrees. With one jug, can't get above 64 - fan's not running at all. Maybe another NEPA heatwave is what I need to get that ambient...

American IPA Slacker's Late-Hopped IPA (Silver Medal in Category)

LOVE this beer. Great IPA flavor and mouth feel with no bittering schwang. Have had nothing but good feedback on this one. Can't wait to brew it again!

Looking for LHBS. I'm in the Poconos

I know you posted a while ago but I figure I'd give you the heads up. Been using North Jersey Homebrew on Route 15 in Lafayette, NJ just south of Newton. Not too far from PA.

    Cheers from the Poconos, PA

Thanks for the input homebrewhaha. Been watching Joe - the terpsichorian kid on youtube with his self-proclaimed caveman set-up. I think that's about what I'm going for - keepin' it simple. Chaz

    Cheers from the Poconos, PA

Cheers all! Got into brewing through a friend of mine back in the 90's. With job, moving and marriage brewing fell by the wayside. In a place now - albeit limited in space with no garage or basement - where I'm getting back into brewing. I've got two 5 gal. fermenting buckets, a bottling...
