I've been watching Brewing TV and it's got me even more inspired to create a cohesive network of brewing enthusiasts in my local area. Beer is meant to be shared and I think the process and ideas are best when shared as well. Way to go Brewing TV! Hope to get some response. Keep you posted...
Hey Homebrewers! I live in the Pocono Mountains and I find myself alone in a wilderness of Coors Light and Bud drinkers. AAAAAAHHHHHHHHGGGG!!!! I'm an AG brewer who would love nothing more than to get together with a bunch of other homebrew enthusiasts, to brew, talk shop and share some of the...

LOVE this beer. Great IPA flavor and mouth feel with no bittering schwang. Have had nothing but good feedback on this one. Can't wait to brew it again!
Thanks for posting. Got the ingredients a couple of days ago. Today is brew day! This will be my second all-grain brew. I'll let you know how things turn out.
I know you posted a while ago but I figure I'd give you the heads up. Been using North Jersey Homebrew on Route 15 in Lafayette, NJ just south of Newton. Not too far from PA.
Thanks for the input homebrewhaha. Been watching Joe - the terpsichorian kid on youtube with his self-proclaimed caveman set-up. I think that's about what I'm going for - keepin' it simple.
Chaz
Cheers all! Got into brewing through a friend of mine back in the 90's. With job, moving and marriage brewing fell by the wayside. In a place now - albeit limited in space with no garage or basement - where I'm getting back into brewing. I've got two 5 gal. fermenting buckets, a bottling...
