    48 batches since 2019; quite a few dumpers (1 immediate, 4-5 shortly after bottling, most recently a stout extract kit that I got gratis on Marketplace, not lamenting the loss). Try to limit drinking to 3-5 beers over the course of any given weekend, so QA of each is important, but sometimes...

    Packaged 42 bottles. Deep-cleaned fermenter and bottling bucket. Now I'm done doing things for beer for awhile.

    Took my FG reading, numbers look correct. Had to drink the gravity sample, for the sake of science; tasted good. Visually, it looks like the clarifying gelatin helped. Every season I get closer to my goal of an almost-legit O-fest.

    Watering schedule adjusted to tri-weekly, with the addition of Alaskan fish fertilizer today's (relatively) cool morning. Leaves look pretty good, the bine seems to be growing, just no cones. As said, looking like a hopless endeavor this year, but will be consulting all the posts in this thread...

    Added some gelatin to (hopefully) clarify an almost-marzen in the fermenter that' s a few days away from bottling.

    Did you find it thin? Lacking body? That's my problem with Lutra brews.
