I have two favorites. Stone and Bear Republic, never had a beer from these guys that I did not love.

Have you guys seen this yet?

If I had that kind of money to burn, I would buy one of the brewsculptures from MoreBeer. Along with the 14 gallon ultimate conical fermentor!!

    My Aeration Idea

I use one of these and it works perfectly, oxygen stone included. You just need to buy a disposable oxygen tank from lowes for about 8 bucks, it lasts me about 5-6 brew sessions. I bought mine from a local homebrew shop. The model I have doesn't have the inline filter like this one does, but I...

How much yeast should I add back for carbonation?

After a beer has been bulk aging for a long period of time, how much yeast should be added back to carbonate the beer? The bottle conditioning chapter in Jamil's Yeast book says "1 million cells per milliliter", but I don't really know how to go about measuring that. I'm looking to add just...

    Chill Haze

My beers are brilliantly clear at cellar temps, but cloudy if I put it them the fridge. What causes this? I know it doesn't effect the flavor, but I'm a perfectionist, and it's going to piss me off until I fix it.:D

I've never had an infection in my beer, for 10 years now.

LOL, are you a redneck named "Seabass"?

    Beersmith IBU accuracy

Book says Rager, and "6 gallons at the end of the boil." I set beersmith at 6 gallons.
