    For the kegs, I usually throw a pint or so of amberdyne solution (which is apparently iodophor or at least iodine based) into the keg and slosh it around, then remove the keg fittings and throw them in as well. The dip tube is harder but I usually pour some amberdyne mixture down it afterwards...

    Looks good to me. The corn sugar will work for the style. I use US-05 and ferment at up to 80 degrees F with good results. It gets fruity so you won't mistake it for a lager, but it's still good beer.

    Thanks RM-MN, that brings up a good point. My LHBS scoops from a big bucket and does not specify alpha acid percentage on their site, so they could be old and weak. The beer's still pretty good. I may have to try some of my same recipes with hops from a reputable online retailer.

    Just "roasted barley" should do it. I believe all roasted is unmalted.
