New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

I bottle my neipas and usually they hold their color for at least a months. Although I had one turning brown on me, last one kept his color for 2 months aroma mostly faded as expected. Fermented in plastic bucket, second dry hop was after fermentation finished. After hops settled (can't cold...

On theory I could do 3 of them side by side but it would be 5 liter batches and dry hopped beers are already hard to bottle (I know, I should keg but I can't afford it right now), so bottling 3 small batches is really hard work and even harder to keep oxidation low.

Which strains do you prefer from Imperial Yeasts? I have barbarian and citrus on hand and I can blend them to get dry hop too. Sadly, I don't have access to the rest so Juice is out of question. I want to try all 3 at some point but I can have some advice for which one to start with.

Thank you, it turns out a friend of mine has one of these I'll filter my next dry hopped beer with that.

Do you use a pump with this filter or is gravity enough to transfer with all the hop matter clogging the pump with time?

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

I'm planning to brew this soon but I have no access to roasted barley. It's not sold on any supplier in my country and I don't want to roast it myself and risk the beer. How would this change the beer overall?

I'm brewing my second one soon and I'm thinking about using Citra - El Dorado - Equinox. Has anyone experienced with these hops? Would they go together well and what ratio would you use?

One of the hop combinations that I'm considering right now, can't wait for updates.

How would citra - el dorado - equinox would play out in a neipa? I've done citra - amarillo and it was delicious, now I have el dorado and equinox available too so I want to test a combination of those hops.

Citra/mosaic/amarillo sounds awesome, I wish I could get some mosaic. I used danstar windsor but it finished at 1.021, a little higher than I wanted but not sweet at all.

My first batch with amarillo/citra turned out awesome! I'm already planning my second batch and I'm looking forward to change some stuff. I'll be using 1318 instead of dry yeast this time and el dorado has become available in my country too. I have citra/amarillo/el dorado/simcoe available right...

It's down to 1.020 - 1.021 now, because I dropped second dry hop charge I'm inclined to start cold crashing in 1-2 days. I kinda hurried the second charge because fermantation slowed down too much and I was afraid of oxidation

Pitched 6 days ago, i dropped second dry hop charge and i'm waiting it to drop to 1.020 to cold crash.

Room temperature was ideal at 18C but fermantation went too vigorous that it jumped to 24C. My expected fg was 1.019 or 1.020, I got 1.024 yesterday and dropped my second dry hop charge. Planning to cold crash for a few days and bottle it wednesday.

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

Hi! I brewed my first neipa last sunday with 1.072 OG and two packs of hydrated danstar windsor yeast(because we don't have liquid yeasts where I live.) Shortly after I pitched yeasts started working like crazy, temp peaked at 24 C while room temp was 18 and fermentation ended super quick, on...
