I bought a stainless steel conical fermenter this past June, I have made 3 beers in it so far and all 3 have turned out awful they all have a very bad sour alcohol like after taste, has anyone else had this problem.
(I have made these same beers before in carboys and they were delicious)
My uncle wants me to try brewing a "Graham Cracker Stout" I had never heard of it before but he says it is delicious, I looked for a recipe but was unable to find one, has anybody tried to brew this before or have a recipe for it.
I brewed an Octoberfest from all grain then repitched the yeast. after two weeks I transferred it to a secondary fermenter and the gravity was a little high 1.020 and it was very cloudy (looked like it was chocolate milk). after about another 3 weeks in the secondary the gravity is down to 1.012...
