    IIPA yeast questiom???

Thanks! I haven't bottled the Chinook yet so I am unsure of the flavor profile. I was hoping on saving money by reusing this yeast. I would rather pay a few extra bucks if it would make a difference but at this point this will be my 3rd batch ever and my first isn't even ready to drink. So I...

    NB Chinook IPA

I hit 1.062 but I added some extra DME and 1 cup of sugar. I took a gravity reading this weekend and I am at 1.016 at the moment. Needless to say I tasted the sample and I am pleased with the way it turned out so far. I will add the dry hops this weekend for about 5 days.

    full boil

I am about to make the switch to BIAB and convert a keg I have into a kettle. So now I am looking for a burner and was wondering if anyone has had an issue with weight using the burner from the Turkey fryer? Keg = ? Water = 8 lb a gal plus grains can add up quick.
