brewed a black ipa on saturday(11-19) bubbling in airlock started that night and is still going so strong that i had to refill the airlock for the 4th time today(11-23). used wyeast 1056 american ale and temps seem to be what they should be. should i be concerned?
was brewing some wheat beer last night and accidentally let some of the malt extract get to the bottom of the kettle and scorch. could this be a problem with the finished beer?
