    How much blackberry puree

    Thanks for the reply! I have already added 4 crushed campden tablets about a week ago. Using wildflower honey. Gravity of mead started at 32.3 Brix and is currently .5 Brix. Not sure I can drink 4 gallons of this without a little sweetening. Perhaps add more honey?

    WSM Advice

    18 uses less fuel. I have 22 and it works just as well as 18 but uses more fuel. I often cook for 30+.
