    Maple cider

    So I have been doing plain old cider for a while. I'm about to get 25 gallons right off the orchard masher in the next few weeks.     Hey there, We are going to be kegging our next batch of beer. My simple question is, can we draw off from the keg into 6-12 bottles and cap them at a time so that we can bring bottles to friends? Or would the beer go flat or be ruined?

    Chamomile Inhibition of Yeast Growth

    I have used chamomile around those quantities before and never had an issue. it is often used in wheat beers and I have never heard of anybody having issues. Personally I haven't had great luck with w34 but the 2 times I used it I found it fermented better at 64ish degrees. try different things...
