I would definitely say add the mlt cooler, and your golden. I myself have downgraded a bit and gone on a hiatus. Its too tough to keep everything in the condo as it is.

Received my results on Thursday of last week. I was given a composite score of 40 for my ESB. Not bad at all for one year of homebrewing (The comp was on my actual anniversary). Also, my beer actually made it to the mini best in show. A little motivation to keep with it :)

Yep I used williamette in a Hefe and it was fine.

+1...i hate a disruptive kid as much as anyone else (don't even really like kids) but the airline crew needs to be smart enough to switch their seats with someone else with nobody in front of them. On the other hand, you need the parent to be responsible enough to take measures themselves...
