Myself and a coworker decided to make an imperial stout, and add some irish cream essence to the bottling bucket. We want to have this for Christmas gifts, and we took some time and came up with this.

I work at the LHBS here in Pittsburgh. Everyday we get at least one person who comes in and has no clue where to begin. We don't and won't judge.. and hopefully the employees at your LHBS won't either. I was a bit overwhelmed at first as well. I read "Joy of Homebrewing" and "How to Brew"...

Remember to be sanitized and clean. Follow instructions. Most importantly.. don't get nervous or worried. "Relax. Don't worry. Have a homebrew."

I plan on doing almost the same thing this coming weekend. Can't wait.
