This is a Brewtroller controller pro which in my opinion is ruff compered to the BCS controller I have seen. This is probably because I suck at under standing the programing but the people that work their have the best customer service and have no problems with helping walking you through it...

After taking a year and a half off. "kind of burnt out from brewing after making all the beer for my wedding" I finely got the new rig together and now running some test. Just waiting for the coil for the HLT and I should be ready for my first batch to be run.

I got them from "Stout Tanks and Kettles – Conical Fermenters". They are very nice and are willing to work with you and the kettles are very well made. The bad thing is on custom orders like mine it was a three month wait time. I think it was worth the wait just for the tri clamp set up...

I am working on building Brewtroller 4 about 8 months in to my build. I hope to be up and running in the next 2 weeks.

It is almost time to retire old blue it has made a lot of good beer… But sometime change is good. This is a little early I hope the rest of the parts come in this week and start some test on it and maybe a brew this weekend.
