    Awesome video! Thanks for sharing. It's great to see them using the same fly sparge setup for the vorlauf. Those quick connect valves seem like the perfect way to do something like that. Also, thumbs up for not hearing about the iodine trick in all grain brewing until now. Great stuff.

    Pellet hops unfortunately. I may take a thief, try to get one of the balls, and see if it's soft or not, or if it looks like yeast balled up. Again, I'm not concerned, only curious.

    Nice Zubat comment--maybe you should stop brewing inside Mt. Moon ;) Apple cider vinegar with a drop of dish soap should do the trick. They are drawn to the vinegar and the drop of soap makes it so they don't just sit on top of it. They are also drawn to red wine. I bet if you kept a glass...
