HB RIS soaked in oak spirals and Bumbu Rum. 9.7% and a year old in the keg. Easily 40+ beer I’m not really into RIS at the moment but think I nailed it! But then again I'm partial.

Am i the only one freaking out over spending $20 for a pack of yeast? Kinda seems like White labs is saying screw homebrewers no? A real bummer because i Love WLP530 but due to the pricing i am looking at other options.

10 days in the keg and really a great beer! Having a hard time leaving this alone. The hops are the star, not enough malt presence for my liking.
