    What's in your fermenter(s)?

    5 gallon blackberry honey wheat with local blackberries we picked. 3 gallon lambic with wild local yeast I harvested from the blackberries aging on local oak also from our property.

    Heck of a brew day!

    Early start this morning after a late night. First time brewing in several months, all went good until I was about to chill and put in primary. Dropped the carboy about 1/2 inch from the ground, which exploded everywhere. Cleaned that up, started chilling and knocked my glass off the table...

    Baton Rouge Homebrewer

    I've been brewing on and off for the past 15 years or so, been lurking here for a while and decided I would check in. The information I get on here is great and really appreciated.
