I recently started a cider. I used:
14 cans frozen (thawed, room temp) concentrate (Wal-mart Brand) - fill to 5 gallons
Yeast Nutrient & Energizer
Monterey Jack Cider Yeast (M02)
OG: 1.050 10/13/14
FG: 1.002 10/26/14
It fully fermented in 1 week (under 7 days). I waited for it to clear...
