I opened the keezer and I found that I had the last two gallons of my stout sitting in the bottom of the keezer, instead of the bottom of the keg. I guess I will check my connections next time I move stuff around. :(
Last night I decided to add some yeast nutrient to the end of the boil of the pale mild extract kit that I was brewing. This was the first time I've tried adding nutrient and I should have read all of the packaging but I didnt'. I saw 1 tsp per gallon and I dumped in 5 tsp with 15 minutes left...
I just went to A&G today and asked if they still meet up. The guy there said they still meet there the second Wednesday of the month, as stevo155 said. I live in Newburyport and would like to check it out at some point.
