Heard a real doozy a couple weekends ago, after ordering a nice craft Tripel (9% abv): "That beer is awesome! But be careful, it's like drinking a whole bottle of Cabernet..." The glass was maybe 16 ounces. SMH

Yea, I'm going to stick with this dry hop mix. All 3 ounces. Side note: I had to use amalyse enzyme last night, as it hadn't moved from 1.024. Eeeeesh.

Well, had to throw some amalyse enzyme at this brew tonight. Hope it works. It was stuck at 1.024 : (

May do that. I have to hope that it dries out enough first though. If it ends at 1.020 I may have to do something creative/fixy... A la Brett or amalyse enzyme.
