    Easy Partial Mash Brewing (with pics)

    Thanks for this DeathBrewer. I just did my first partial mash with this post up on my computer to walk me through. It's my first time mashing wheat, can't wait to see how it turns out.

    Winter brewing - fermenting around 60 deg?

    I use Wyeast California Lager yeast. From their website: Temperature range: 58-68 deg. F. I've used this since my basement is about 62

    Newbie from NJ

    Hello all. Made my first pumpkin ale a year ago and turned out well, but only brewed one batch since then. Recently moved back to NJ from TX and found a local home brew store (Princeton Homebrew) so I'm back in the game. Look forward to talking shop with you all.
