How do I fix my over-carbonated beer?

Ok I released to pressure from the keg last night after we talked and unhooked the gas line. I left it for 24 hrs and I just checked it at 10 psi. Still foamy as crap. Wait another 24 hrs I guess?

How do I fix my over-carbonated beer?

It's the same keg. And I'll check that. But if that's not the problem, can I just turn the pressure off for a day or two? Will that help the carbonation go down?

How do I fix my over-carbonated beer?

This past Monday I kegged my second beer. I watched a video on YouTube about force carbonating and I did this with my first kegged beer and it turned out perfect. I'm not sure what I did wrong this time. First I cooked the beer to around 38F and turned it on its side. I set the psi at 30 and...

    Low pressure everyday.

Ok so about a 2 weeks ago I hooked up my first keg system and kegerator. Forced carbonated at 30psi for 2 mins while gently rolling the keg on its side. Then I set the serving pressure at 10psi. It worked fine for several days. Then I noticed the foam was a bit much so I turned down the serving...

    Flat beer in keg.

Ok cool. I'll definitely check for leaks better but I was more concerned on the beer hahaha

    Flat beer in keg.

Ok, so I got my first keg and kegerator and I kegged my brew just fine. Checked for leaks and whatever. So I did this last Saturday and have been enjoying the hell out of my brew and kegerator. I get home tonight and nothing comes out. I checked the CO2 tank and it's empty. Ok so last night I...

    Did I break my tap?

I just got my first kegerator and I bought a new tap handle. I screwed the tap handle on but it didn't quite center right. So, I slowly turned it to fit center and then it felt like something broke and now it just twists and turns freely with no effort. I held the tap in the off position and...

    First Keg and Kegerator Question.

Ok so I bought my first kegerator and corny keg. The kegerator seems to be working properly and the kegs seem to hold pressure. My kegerator is not setup for corny kegs but holds two just fine. So my question is, the line that's suppose to go from the keg to the spout looks right but I'll...

    My first creation. Opinions needed.

I just made my first my first extract brew. This wasn't a kit. It was just ingredients I thought would be good. It's a stout and I would like opinions on the choice of ingredients. I already cooked it and it looked great but just wanted some experienced advice. It was a 5 gallon batch recipe...

    Pecan extract

Well I have an almond joy ale that I just brewed and it came with a coconut rum extract and said to add it at bottling time so I think I'm going to just stick with that rule. Thanks a lot! Prost!

    Pecan extract

I recently bought some pecan extract for my porter extract kit. It says on the pecan extract to add 2 fl oz per 5 gallons. My question is, when should I add this? At the 15 min point or at bottling time with the priming solution?

    OG coming up short...?

Yea, it's an extract kit and I cooled the wort to 70F (I like 60F, but kit just said below 80F) and put it in the fermenter then added water until my 5 gallon mark. I immediately took the OG reading then. So how long should I wait to take an OG after mixing everything in the fermenter (besides...
