Notes / Commercial Description: IPA with Nelson, Galaxy, Citra, Motueka, and Mosaic hops. Copied that from beer advocate. It's a description or evil twin "copy paste" juicy as all get out.

People have added yeast back, go back in the thread it's talked about. The last batch I brewed took forever to carb

So I took 4th out of 44 entries in the stout category at the Ohio state fair. Got dinged a little for it being a little alcohol hot

I'm entering this into the Ohio state fair this month, we will see how I did. Everybody who tastes this says it's incredible

Yeah, wow, if that person is a BJCP Judge, he/she needs to work on it a bit and put in some more effort. I'd be a little pissed if I got that scoresheet back. It was a competition at the local homebrew store, the judges were Brewers from local breweries. The contest was not held to BJCP style...

I'm am fairly new to all grain. About 10 batches under my belt. My question is if I bump up the grain bill to make it a DIPA. Do I have to bump up the hops as well?
