    Glad to hear it's turning out alright. With all the cascade and the sorghum, I would have thought that this recipe might come out with too much of a citrus taste. Does it have a lot of citrus? Is the rice syrup that you used brown rice syrup? What was the FG?

    New brewer here: just started on New Years Day 2012 so I'm glad to be adding my modest totals here. +5 Pale Ale +5 All-Cascade Hops Pale Ale +5 IPA +5 Peach Ale 9382 total.
