    Hi all. I went to to DHB in Chicago a while back and had the Bitchin Camaro. It was awesome and I want to clone it. They describe it as taking their "popular APA and making it into an IPA". They used Mosaic and Amarillo hops, but no other descriptors. Any idea how I could clone this? Thank you

    Best base beer type for Peaches

    So I purchased a standard IPA recipe kit from my LHBS and will be getting a peach extract from him as well. I haven't made an IPA before, this will be my 3rd brew, and plan on doing about half regular IPA and then add peach extract to the remaining half for a peach IPA.

    I just transferred mine to secondary after 4 weeks. It looks a little dark will this lighten up a bit? I didn't take a sample could I take a little out with baster and try?

    What is the advantage of baking the canned pumpkin? What would adding maple syrup do? Will that completely ferment out, will that add to the taste or increase ABV? Looking to try a pumpkin ale recipe kit from my LHBS. Thanks.

    Honeyweizen Fermenting

    Actually I have bottled it and it's been in the bottles for 3 weeks now. Carbed up very nicely.
