Hi all. I went to to DHB in Chicago a while back and had the Bitchin Camaro. It was awesome and I want to clone it. They describe it as taking their "popular APA and making it into an IPA". They used Mosaic and Amarillo hops, but no other descriptors. Any idea how I could clone this? Thank you
So I purchased a standard IPA recipe kit from my LHBS and will be getting a peach extract from him as well. I haven't made an IPA before, this will be my 3rd brew, and plan on doing about half regular IPA and then add peach extract to the remaining half for a peach IPA.
