    My Pump in a Toolbox build.

    Jeffmeh: I have my 809 in the same toolbox. The toolbox stays pretty cool despite the fact that I was dumb enough to put a plate chiller in there as well. thesanch: You box looks real nice and professionally done. I really like those faceplates on there.

    Personal wiki with Brew Pal html code embedded. It is great when you are at the brew store, or at work. Its easy to set up and maintain.

    What do you chill with?

    I used an IC for a while, but the new plate chiller is just amazing. From 200 to 60 in the time it takes to pass through the chiller. Its just amazing.

    How much beer/ingredients do you keep on hand?

    Just the basics for me. About 4.5 pounds of hops, 150lbs of base grain, 3 packs of dry yeast, and ~20 mason jars of washed yeast.
