Should I add some sugar in the primary stage? don't think my sis wants a dry cider.

Here's the recipe I used, I added the cinnamon vanilla pod and Juniper during the second stage. Gonna make it again and try it a little different each time to see what turns out best.

I found Monin Premium Mango Syrup on amazon, would that work the same as the other syrup?

I'll try with mango juice, maybe rubicon could work.

I'm looking to make a cider soon for my sister, she wants a mango and raspberry flavoured one. Anyone know where i can find a similar recipe or have advice on flavouring a hard cider?

Ok had a thought, maybe a white grape pyment with the apples and juniper berries added after the fermentation. That sound good? I haven't tried a pyment yet but they sound great.

I just bought a bottle of Old Rosie cloudy cider and figured i could use it to brew something. So does anyone have a simple 2 litre mead or melomel recipe i could use with this carboy when it's empty? Here's a picture of the bottle.
