For some time now I have been using Brewfather as a software to manage everything, the latter also for creating water profiles. Under this last point, however, I am not yet convinced that it works well, maybe I'm wrong, but Brew'n Water seems more reliable. Am I wrong?

Thanks for the feedback. I know Brew'n Water perfectly, but I would have liked to relate to someone who has long been creating all the recipes starting from RO water to receive considerations.
