    Yeah, it's slow alright. Dead is more like it. Not even the owners/moderators care to respond to anyone who actually DOES post something. This board is a waste of time.............ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

    Malt Extract Recipes

    Can someone post some easy, three-four step, good, malt extract recipes? Or links to them. Basically I just want to buy the can of extract, boil, ferment bottle and drink within 15 days. Thanks!

    Hydrometer Test

    My 5 gal. stout has been fermenting for about five days and the air lock bubbles every minute or more. Is it safe to open the bucket and drop my sanitized hydrometer to test the alchohol content, ect...? Thanks, BTW, nice site!
