I found this recipe and am hoping you can help tweak it to all grain. I don’t know what to use to replace the DME and I imagine replacing it will alter the amount of grains I am using for each type. Would the hop additions need to change as well?

I am looking to go straight from fermenter to keg. Is there any reason that beer has to age in bottles or are kegs just fine? If so, is there anything special I need to know about conditioning/aging in a keg?
