Currently brewing a tweaked version of this, using what random ingredients I had on hand. The sach/brett mixed fermentation will be interesting.

I brewed this about a year ago with a 10 gallon mash tun. I remember struggling to fit everything in it, but I don't remember exactly how I did it.
Now I've got a 15 gallon Chapman Thermobarrel. Any idea on how large of a batch I could fit in that? I'm guessing I could swing a 7-8 gallon batch?

Did you actually modify your Chapman with a heating element? AIH currently has a great deal on a 15gal thermobarrel and I'm considering adding an element to it in the future
I brewed 16 gallons of the original recipe for a small wedding reception. Only thing I did different was adding an extra pound of 2 Row.
Filled three 5 gallon kegs, and polished them all off that night. Everyone loved it, and two couples asked me to brew more for their own receptions. 10/10...
