I'm working on a recipe to make a citrus IPA. I'm looking for help with the recipe. Mostly the fact i want to use mugwort instead of hops. does anyone know the amount of mugwort to use? when to toss them in? ie. can i just sub in mugwort for hops 1 for 1 and at the same time interval? anyway...
