I'm working on a recipe to make a citrus IPA. I'm looking for help with the recipe. Mostly the fact i want to use mugwort instead of hops. does anyone know the amount of mugwort to use? when to toss them in? ie. can i just sub in mugwort for hops 1 for 1 and at the same time interval? anyway this is the recipe i've created so far.

8 lb 2-row
.5 lb honey malt
.5 lb crystal 20l malt
3 grated grapefruit peels
2 oz lemon grass

2 oz mugwort
2 oz yarrow
2 oz rosemary
2 oz bog myrtle

mash at 150, boil 60 mins

1 oz of each herb at the 60 min

1 oz of each herb dry hopped.

thanks for the input in advance.
