i would like to know what is the ideal temp for bottle conditioning the beer? i have it at a room temp in my basement around 65, 66, 67 F. is this ok? or not?
i have an american wheat and bohemian pilsner conditioning? any tip will be greatly appreciated.. new in homebrewing..
