I live in Canton and we never get anything good. I don't make it to ITP but once every couple months or so and when I'm there I'm not shopping. But I am in Kennesaw often where there are some good beer shops and can get most anything but WW.
Definitely let us know how it goes! I am going to do a similar recipe but will substitute the wheat for light munich since I have so much. Also, I will probably do about 5oz of C40.
