    Star San Mixed with Beer

I may have racked my beer on top of some Star San solution. If so, it was a little bit that I had intended to slosh around right before racking. I didn't get an exact gravity reading, as it was roughly around what I was looking for at 1.011 or 1.012 area, but now it is 1.010. It was just...

    How fast should I lauter?

In a side bar to the article, on the opposite page, it is mentioned that it is for fly sparging. Why it wasn't mentioned in the actual article is beyond me.

I posted a picture of an infected brew I drank a few posts back. It was a good beer...you may be worrying now, but there is also a chance that down the road you may be saying "damn, I wish I could replicate that again".

    Keg Force Carbing Methods Illustrated

Kegging newb...I just kegged my first beer today, and I am doing the set and forget method. After a week or so, do I shut off the gas and turn on when serving, or do I leave it on at all times? Also, what is the serving psi?
