Thanks for the tip. I tried again with the liquid pectin and still it would not set. I was wondering if the additional hops I added attributed to my problem with the jelly not setting up? I'm going to try the powdered this afternoon - wish me luck :)

I hope you can help me. I made some beer jelly with a recipe a big different than yours (although yours does seem easier). The recipe called for liquid pectin and apple cider. I had the liquid pectin but not the apple cider so I used lemon juice, I also wanted more hop flavor so I boiled up...
