    New to kegging

    I absolutely did not pour at 30 psi. I turned the gas off altogether. I've bled pressure off as well. The keg was in the fridge when the gas was on.

    Somewhat new to the craft. I brewed on and off over the years but really just "got into it" over 2008. Got a 3 tap kegerator in the garage and currently have a Winter beer and porter on tap. Brewing up a steam beer this weekend. If you're in the Atlanta area I'd like to hear from you. Cheers...
