I too learned something today. If you run out of one step-sanitizer don't use bleach in its place. Inhaling bleach fumes all day will do bad things to you.:(

Rule #>? Always rinse out your bottles after you drink your beer and turn them over to dry. This will save you tons of time washing/scrubbing bottles on bottling day.
