I have a pound of corn sugar thats been around awhile not sure how long
it last. everything looks good with it not clumping it is likew powder sugar
and i want to bottle my IPA tomorrow. any info will help.
Good to see so many brewers from N.C. like I said i have brewed for about 2 years MrBeer's but needed something better i work with brewers we get together often to sample, and maybe get more then a sample but overall looking for more from the area to learn from..

I am going to make my first batch tonight its going to be O'learlys Irish Red Lager. i have been using Mr Beer and that got old now i feel its time to brew BIgger and Better. the yeast is one of my only concerns.i am going to use a glass carboy to ferment how do i add the yeast to it? any help...
