It's not hard at all. Run your hot wire from the power supply to your switch. From your switch wire the hot into your pump. Same thing with the negative side.

I have five pin locks. The connectors are cheaper then ball locks and i bought five for the price of three ball locks and you can't get the liquid and gas connectors confused. The pressure relief lid is the main difference but you can even buy a lid with a valve in it.

I've been using it for about a month now. I got the idea from someone on this post. He had the other tan one and told me this one appeared better. Like I said hooked up a dimmer switch to control the flow rate and a switch to shut it off and on. Here is another seller. Same pump just a dollar...
I got this one, seems tougher and not maybe not as brittle. Hook up a switch to control the flow rate and a off and on switch and presto a nice wort pump. Just thought I share my idea after I read the reviews on the one from amazon it seems like it won't last long...
Have to ask how are these doing? I'm looking to buy a pump but I'm having a hard time deciding which one to get? Also how do you power it?
