Anything I need to keep in mind or do different with so much more headspace?
Should the pressure be changed? Typically my process is to set at 10 psi and wait for a week.
With more headspace does the time to carb change?

When I turn the gas on to my keg I get bubbles coming out of my gas release valve on the top of the keg lid. I unscrewed the valve and put it back in and I even went a exchanged for another used lid. I replaced the gasket and it is still leaking there.

I have the Hanna Checker 1 pH meter. I didn't have any storage solution to drop into the cap of the probe so I stored it 4.01 solution. I turned it on after not using it for a week and it was reading 4.78!

I'm going to rack onto the raspberries tonight. I have 40 oz of frozen berries. I was thinking of racking onto the frozen berries so any yeast/bac won't be able to grow on the berries before the alcohol and brewers yeast get them.
Is this a bad idea? Should I thaw first?
