I just did this with 5 lbs of frozen whole rasberries. I ended up dropping the vanilla and cocoa powder though. Tasted it prior to secondary and it was fantastic. So i opted to leave it as is and just keg it right there. I'll let it condition for a few weeks and let you know how it turns...
Nice! That looks almost identical to a chocolate cherry stout I did. I used extract for my cherry though. It turned out amazing. I have no doubt that will be good. simcoe and a 90 minute boil should mean got strong bitterness.

There is always at least 1 emergency in need of fixing when bottling? Whether it be a spill, lack of caps, or lets say today's emergency where I sat the carboy down on the counter (gently mind you) and watch a crack sprawl up the side..... Don't worry, I got the beer out in time.
