I am planning to brew NB's John Q Adams extract kit using the Wyeast 2112 California Lager with a temp range of 58-68 degrees. Right now the coolest place in my house is a room in my basement which holds a consistent 67 degrees. Is this too close to the top end of the temp range to brew now...
Any tricks or an alternative for OxiClean for these bottles? I typically just soak my bottles in water overnight but these are barely peeling the outer layer off in just water.
