    One of the errors I could have made could be that I made a secondary fermentation (yes, it fermented) to get rid of the bottom deposit. It's why there are no krausen line.     Hi, what do you mean (I'm new to brewing) by "Add at flame out"? Is it as soon as you turn the heat off, you put the 1kg honey inside and dissolve it THEN you cool your wort?
