    That Apfelwein sounds quite good. I've never brewed a beer yet, always let the wines finish and so I have never carbonated a bottle yet and I am hoping to start with a mexically syle of cervasa like Corona .     Sorry for later reply, power was out. Im brewing :a Monmorency sour cherry, a beet wine, raspberry- white grape (Welches) and something strong, my own "Hundred Teas Applejack" (very hard cider)

    Peanut Butter Wine?!

    I made a peanut butter and banana mead once. smelt GREAT as a must and took over a year to clear tasted faintly of banana and more of peanuts. I botched up though on my first batch and had a peanut gyser in the basement!
