    Thank you ED and BOT. I had read about someone not sparging and adding all the water one time. I knew it would not fit like that with a 10 gallon batch of grain. And I assume the efficiency is better when sparging also.

    As you can see Im cheap and don't want to buy a pot. I was given a stainless water heater so i cut it in half. Ive been using a 5 gallon bayou cooker. My question is about spigots and handles. I was surprised to see the stainless coil in the bottom half . It should make a nice wort chiller...
