Airlock still going after 96 hours, infection?

Just did a gravity reading, 1.012. This is a Brewers Best PSA IPA. The OG was 1.054 and there still lots of krausen on top after 4 days.

Airlock still going after 96 hours, infection?

After 96 hours my airlock is still active. I have heard that long fermentation could mean an infection. Any thoughts? Thanks

    Beer in keg uncarbed, oxygen???

I racked a beer into a keg last week and never force carbed or carbed at all. Will I have an oxygen issue or is the beer just fine to sit in there?

Sanitation (dead horse, i know), and DME

Not sure about the DME but as far as adding water to the wort I have always used unsanitized sprint water from the grocery store. I also know of other brewers that use water right from the tap. I have never had an issues doing this. Homebrewer tv is also correct i that you should not rinse...

    First keg-dip tube keeps clogging

What probably happened was I didn't let the Better Bottle sit long enough on the counter before racking. This beer had 8oz of hops so there was a lot of sediment. I should have let it sit, like ThatGuyRyan said, a couple hours or longer.

    First keg-dip tube keeps clogging

I have a second keg but it has a bad lid. I'm actually on kegconnection.com looking for a replacement. I also read that someone cleared the tube and then put a sanitized paint strainer on the bottom of the tube with a zip tie to keep it from clogging again. Any thoughts?

    First keg-dip tube keeps clogging

What would I do with the scrubby? Also, do you think I should rack into a fermenter to clear up then back to the keg. Not sure how I should deal with my current problem.

    First keg-dip tube keeps clogging

Dip tube in the keg keeps clogging. I get about an inch of beer then it clogs. I dry hopped but did it in a better bottle... although this beer did have lots of hop additions. I thought it was clear enough but I guess not, I'm also new to kegging. Where do I go from here? Thanks

    Paranoid beginner

You guys rock! Dark basement and a habit of trying to do to many things at once caused me to put the in on the out and so on. Thanks for your help and the info on doing what I did to force carb.

    Paranoid beginner

Just connected my first keg to my new CO2/regulator. When I cranked up the CO2 to force carb, it made a gurgling sound, which I assume was the CO2 entering the beer. I just want to make sure I do the right thing, probably paranoid. Did I miss anything? thanks

Dry hop Whole leaf hops Better Bottle

I'm going to dry hop whole leaf hops in a muslin bag in a better bottle. Can I just put some marbles in them and then just let it sink to the bottom or does it have to be suspended with fishing line or something? Thanks

No signs fermentation after 14 hours

I know what bonehead move I did now. In the sumer I would sanitize my fermenter, lid and airlock, put the lid on loose and the airlock in. I would put this on the table in my garage. Well I did this last night when it was 25 degrees out I did the same thing. The pail, without starsan in it...

No signs fermentation after 14 hours

I'll give it some more time. If after 72 hours what do you all think I should do? Thanks for all of your help.
