Want to serve 3 keg beers at wedding reception. Best setup?

(Hopefully this photo comes up) I didn't bother reading the entire thread, but that's because I second the motion for tubs with ice. Because that's what we did for our reception.... And I made all the beer...(I would avoid the stress that goes along with making 4 different 1/2bbls of beer if...

Moding a DishWasher to clean Kegs Keggles Buckets Carboys!! Pictures

Very clever. I have several silly questions. None of which are really important. Do you run the washer on a full cycle for each piece you want to clean, or cut it short? What if you put a 'T' on the end of the tube or cobble together a manifold to clean more than one piece at a time... Seems...

I plan on just making one out of sheet metal when I get to it.... (Im lucky, my family owns a sheet metal shop) Have any friends that work in a sheet metal shop or HVAC?... They usually have access to galvanized sheets for duct, and brakes to bend em up... 3x8 or 4x8 sheet of 26ga galv is...

Opening a microbar - Keg vs bottle

Any reason you want to commit to one method? Because I would think that a combination of Corny/Bottles would be easiest... Starting the business is going to be hard enough... Im a big proponent of 'use whatchya got' .... Get established in house before you start making too many commitments to...

    Leaving Brewhouse with Fermenting Ales

I vote Aquarium Heater... If you are worried about evaporation, I would just wrap over it with plastic wrap and tape the sides down... That should keep most, if not all of the water in there for the 4 or so weeks you'll be gone.

    Black IPA thoughts.

Agreed with the cold steeping. But, I want a bit more of the roastiness... I have had a few friends do the cold steep thing and they just seem to come out thin tasting... It is summer, I dont plan on having something really heavy that will stick to your pallet too long...

    Black IPA thoughts.

... This is what I am leaning towards now ... 12.5 lbs Pale Malt (Probably Marris Otter) 2.5 lbs Flaked Rye 1.0 lbs Vienna Malt .75 lbs De-Bittered Black (Last 30 min of mash) .25 lbs Chocolate Malt (Last 30 min of mash) *mash at 153 F 2.00 oz Chinook [11.20 %] (90 min) 0.50 oz Cascade...

    Black IPA thoughts.

The last one I did i had a Debittered... I just dont have anymore laying around at the moment... I agree 100% with the idea of just adding a little roastiness without the bitterness, I was hoping that the later addition to the mash would help... Ill prolly just skip it for the moment, and...

    $100 Sanke Keg

I just paid the deposit on the empties from a local distributors warehouse... Told him that I wanted to use a couple for home brewing [I didnt mention I was going to destroy them...mostly because he didnt ask] he had no problem selling them to me for $25 each... He also happen to be a...

    Keezer Help, Internal Hinges

Depending on your willingness, and DIY skills.... [No offense intended] You can adapt your faucets and shanks to fit.... Via Coffin box, most likely solution, or you can make a U shaped draft tower out of some 3" pipe of some kind... [Copper/Painted PVC seem popular]

On-Hand IPA... Make any sense? (AG)

Brewed it. Everything seems to be within the parameters that I was looking for... Assuming I remember, Ill try to post a photo or something in a several weeks when Its finished. I thought about the FWH... But, from the creeping I have done on the threads I get am sensing a little mixed...
